An Instance Administrator is responsible for the creation and management of all Instance-level (i.e., global) configurations and is granted global permissions for this purpose. Global configurations are created as needed, to support one or more Contracts managed under the Instance. Global configurations should be associated with an InfraLink Contract only when appropriate, as the needs of the individual projects or teams vary.
