InfraLink Summary Dashboards provide users with instance access to data summaries relevant to their project role or operational needs. InfraLink offers 30+ dashboard chart templates that users can add to their dashboards. Users customize each chart configuration to organize and display their data selection in conceptual graphs and tables.

This section provides guidance on the following topics related to Summary Dashboards.

Accessing the Summary Dashboard View

Upon successful authentication at the time of login, users immediately land on the Summary Dashboards view. If the user navigates away from the Summary Dashboard view, he/she can quickly return to it from the Main Menu.

The Summary Dashboard is the first option in the first column (the Overview stack) of the Main Menu.

Navigating Dashboards

A user may create and access any number of Summary Dashboards. These may include:

• Personal dashboards - dashboards a user creates for his/her own use; or 
• Shared dashboards - dashboards, created by users with adequate permissions, that are shared with users across one or more select Contracts.

All available dashboards will be listed within a drop-down menu located in the top left corner of the viewing pane, just to the left of the Add Chart button.

Note: When navigating between dashboards, the time it takes for each to load will depend on the number of charts included and the calculations occurring in each.
