Construction Mode is a drawing-driven interface, wherein each Project represents a top level System. Upon making a selection from the Project Selector, the application will present the User with the associated Drawing Selector which presents all preloaded drawing sets associated with the selected Project's parent Location. Within the Drawing Selector, drawings sets are organized alphabetically and presented within different colored blocks for visual separation. While its primary purpose is to provide Users with access to Project drawing sets, the Drawing Selector also presents other helpful links and widgets, including All Cases, Item List, Dashboard, and an Open widget.

This article provides information and guidance related to the Drawing Selector.

Drawing Selector Layout

The Drawing Selector presents recently accessed drawings near the top of the view, under the Recent header.  Under the Recent drawings, the name of the Project (i.e., top level System name) is displayed. Drawing sets are grouped below that header, as well as other helpful links and widgets. The following illustration introduces the tools and features presented with the Drawing Selector.
