InfraLink Summary Dashboards provide users with instance access to data summaries relevant to their project role or operational needs. InfraLink offers 30+ dashboard chart templates that users can add to their dashboards. Users customize each chart configuration to organize and display their data selection in conceptual graphs and tables. Summary Dashboards aggregate records into charts and totals, which are presented as active links. Selecting a chart segment or an item count to quickly navigate to the records which comprise that segment/total.

Creating a New Summary Dashboard
- From the Main Menu select Summary Dashboard from the Overview
- Select the New
- Define the Number of Columns and Column Width.
- The default number is 2. These selections can be changed later.
- Click Add.
- A blank dashboard will be presented.
- Select the Add Chart button from the top of the page
- From the Add Chart selector, select the desired Chart type.
- Two popular charts for Corrective Maintenance work are Cases by Category and Status and Cases by Status and Priority.
- One of these is a good chart to start with. There are over thirty different charts to choose from.
- Select the desired chart and select Add.
- The chart will be displayed with some default settings. To modify the chart to meet your exact needs, click the little gear icon in the top right corner of the chart.
- You will be presented with the chart configuration screen, which allows you to give your new chart a custom Title and adjust various settings to display just the desired data.
- Note: Configuration options vary by the chart selected.
- When you have entered your desired Title and configurations, select Save.
- The chart will apply your saved settings and display the refined data set accordingly.
- From the Filters panel on the left of the screen, apply different Contract selections to further refine the data displayed within your chart.
- At the top of the Summary Dashboard view, click the Save As button.
- Enter a Name for your Summary Dashboard.
- When saving your Summary Dashboard, you will have a Sharing option Selecting this option allows you to share your Summary Dashboard with users across one or more Contracts. If you do not apply the Sharing option, only you will see your Summary Dashboard.
- Select Save.
- If you do not save your Summary Dashboard, your work will be lost once you navigate away from the Summary Dashboard view.
- You can create and save any number of Summary Dashboards.
- Use the Add Chart button to add additional charts to your Summary Dashboard and repeat the configuration steps from above.
- Be sure to Save your Summary Dashboard as you make changes.
- If you do not save your Summary Dashboard, your work will be lost once you navigate away from the Summary Dashboard view.
- All Summary Dashboards you create, or those Shared with you, will be available in the future via the drop-down menu at the very top of the Summary Dashboard view.
