The dictionary of Resolutions allows for effective reporting according to the type of action required to restore the system to normal operation. Issue Resolutions typically include entries like "Camera Cleaning", "Mounting adjustment", "Hardware Replacement", "Reset / Reboot", etc. A well-defined dictionary of Issue Resolutions is required to enable effective reporting, assessment of trends, and forecasting.
