Using the construction mode Construction Mode UI, Users can access Tasks from multiple views.

Maintenance Mode
Using the maintenance mode Maintenance Mode UI, Users can access Tasks from multiple views.

- Drawings View (JCM) > System Element Details
Upon selecting Tasks from one of the above-listed views, the User will be presented with a list of Tasks associated with the selected Case, Work Ticket, or System Element.

Saving Work

Tasks fields can be completed all at once, or Task fields can be partially populated and then saved for future completion.
Once all desired Task fields are populated, click the Complete button in the top right corner of the Task. You will be presented with the option to Complete or save In progress. The status of the Task may transition by this selection and the subsequent update.
