PM, inspection, audit and other recurring scheduled activities (we'll call them PM work) are organized into PM cases created by the PM generator (based on the rules defined by PM groups) and comprised of individual tasks. This document will introduce the IMMS InfraLink capabilities that allow for effective monitoring, reporting, and analysis of the PM work and its results.

Overview
IMMS InfraLink provides several capabilities focused on monitoring, reporting, and analysis of the PM work and its results. They include the following:
- Main Dashboard Widgets. The main dashboard widgets aim to provide easy access to the high-level performance metrics of the PM work at the project level, such as schedule compliance. A user with sufficient privileges may include and customize one or multiple PM performance widgets into project-specific dashboards and save and share them for use by the project team.
- Status Summary by Group. As discussed in a previous section, PM work is organized into cases. Each case represents a single occurrence of a PM defined by a particular PM group and incorporates a set of individual tasks. Use the Status by Group view to effectively monitor the scope and progress of the PM work for each occurrence of each PM group.
- Progress Review. The scope of PM work usually includes a variety of activities performed at different frequencies on different systems elements and may comprise thousands or tens of thousands of tasks scheduled throughout a year (a common reporting period). Use the Progress Review feature of IMMS InfraLink for an easy, at-a-glance representation of whether or not the project team is able to keep up with the PM scope scheduled throughout the year.
- All Scheduled Tasks. Unlike the above features that work at a higher level, the All Scheduled Tasks is designed to give the user the ability to review the status and navigate to the details of the scheduled (and completed) PM work at the individual task level. Flexible view configuration, filtering, and export options make it powerful tool for generating custom reports exportable to MS Excels.
- Analyze Results. The Analyze Results view goes one more level deeper. Consider a situation when a particular critical measurement is performed on a range of system elements as part of a specific PM procedure. The Analyze Results view will allow you to create a report showing the results of that critical measurement (or several such measurements/checks) for all systems elements that the PM work has been completed on, subject to additional filtering criteria. Similar to the All Scheduled Tasks view, the flexible view configuration, filtering, and export options make the Analyze Results view a powerful tool for generating custom reports exportable to MS Excels.
