Data Classification (aka FOUO Configurations)
InfraLink supports data classification requirements with a host of capabilities, including instance-wide banner placement, in-app markings, and markings on all artifacts (e.g., exports, printouts, multimedia, etc.), as well as data classification warning messges at the time of export.
With regard to InfraLink data classification capabilities ("FOUO configurations"), please keep the following in mind:
FOUO settings apply across the entire instance (i.e., all Contracts, all data).
InfraLink supports a single data classification (e.g., marking) per instance. Contracts/projects subject to different data classification levels should not be managed within a single (i.e., shared) instance.
Though settings are referred to as FOUO configurations, InfraLink allows administrators to define the data classification level (e.g., "CUI") appropriate for their instance.
FOUO settings are controlled at the application-level and cannot be modified from the user interface. Contact your InfraLink account representative about changes.
